I Would be a good member of the team because I am reliable, flexible and most importantly have experience similar to staff.

Hacker Question: I would ask the accuser if he had proof if he does I would ask My Higher up to investigate this.
Name calling Question: I would politely ask the offender to stop.. If he continues I would kick the offender.
